Fransisca (Sisca) is a curriculum coordinator at Kelas Karya, specializing in designing meaningful and engaging teaching approaches and activities. Graduated in Children and Family Studies, she started her career as a teacher. With over 18 years of teaching experience, she has worked in a variety of settings delivering various curricula and programs. Through her experiences as both a teacher and a mother,she has developed a strong belief in the importance of literacy and creativity in children. When it comes to teaching both literacy and creativity, she believes in meeting children where they are at. Regardless of an individual's stages or level of understanding, a positive experience is the most important factor in every child’s literacy journey. She strives in helping children find their voice through engagement and honoring every progress made.
